## What it does

1. Reads load offers from Telegram load groups
2. Reads rate-confirmation PDFs
3. Checks broker credit (RTS Pro) by name, DOT, or MC
4. Keeps a per-workspace broker blacklist
5. AI chat over the user's own loads, rates, lanes, dispatchers, stats
6. Web dashboard for groups, pause/activate, billing

## Setup

1. Web → Telegram Groups → Link Telegram ("Open in Telegram" or `/connect <code>` in private chat with the bot)
2. Add @artelog_bot to the group; promote to admin
3. Fresh claim turns load reading ON
4. One group = one owner workspace

## Pause vs reading loads

- Pause = bot does not read that group
- Load reading switch can be off even if group is active
- Both must be on (and owned) for reading to run

- Loads/blacklists are per-workspace; broker grades are shared reference data
