How to set up RateConfirm

Setup takes about a minute. You need a RateConfirm account, Telegram on the same phone or desktop you use for load groups, and admin rights in the group where PDFs are posted.

1. Create your account

Sign up at app.rateconfirm.uz/register. The 7-day free trial includes 1 active Telegram group and does not require a card to start.

2. Link Telegram

In the web app, open Telegram Groups and link your Telegram account. Telegram will open @rateconfirmbot — tap Start so RateConfirm can connect your chat identity to your workspace.

3. Add the bot to your load group

Add @rateconfirmbot to the Telegram group where load offers and rate-confirm PDFs are posted. You can use the in-app “add to group” flow or invite the bot from Telegram group settings.

4. Promote the bot to admin

Telegram Group Privacy blocks ordinary messages (including PDFs) unless the bot is a group admin. Open group info → Administrators → add RateConfirm. After that, send a PDF or load text to confirm it can read the chat.

5. Connect the group in the web app

If the group appears under unclaimed groups, open Telegram Groups in the app and tap Connect. Your plan’s active group limit applies (trial and Basic include 1 active group).
